Pen & Pixel is a Multimedia Exhibition that is held on an annual basis in the Clonmel campus of LIT, Limerick School of Art and Design(LSAD).

LIT, LSAD has an award-winning reputation in Ceramics, Fashion, Visual Communications, Painting, Printmaking, Sculpture & Combined Media and Teacher Education. The Creative Multimedia and Digital Animation Production programmes focus on the application of creative technologies within the interactive design, digital media and animation fields.

The exhibition will showcase work in the areas of Art, Animation, Web Design, Audio, Video, Games Applications and Photography. There will also be a Kids Art section where submissions from primary and secondary level students will feature under the categories of 2D Art and Graphic Design.In conjunction with this year’s exhibition the current students on the Creative Multimedia course will hold a series of creative workshops. These workshops will give attendees an insight into the ever evolving area of Digital Media and Animation.

The exhibition will be opened officially on May 23rd 2013. Admission is free and all are welcome to attend.
